Customer Care Specialist (Food & Beverage)
Location: Hybrid work set-up from Parsippany NJ or Waukesha WI

 
We are seeking a detail- oriented customer care professional to act as a single point of contact for key customers and to interact with multiple   areas (Sales, DSCM, HNH Premix) to facilitate end to end order processing, including on time and in full delivery.  Start your career and continue to grow along with us! 
 
Some of your responsibilities will be:
•    Provide order management support for customers
•    Develop and deliver solutions that support business strategies and meet customer expectations
•    Interact with Sales on regular basis
•    Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
•    Working in SAP to manage orders and keep customer information up to date

What we look for in you:
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred;  Equivalent experience in related areas (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service) considered in lieu of degree; 
•    Strong knowledge of Microsoft application (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet portals.
•    Required knowledge in SAP sales and distribution (SD) module such as:  sales order and delivery functions, invoicing, credits/debits and return goods processes.
•    Customer Service experience required and attention to detail needed
