Join our team in a key administrative role, Warehouse Associate Operator, where you’ll keep operations running smoothly by managing SAP/MES (manufacturing execution system) transactions, maintaining critical documentation, and ensuring data accuracy. You’ll work closely with shop‑floor teams and cross‑functional partners to support material flow, communication, and daily production needs. Your key responsibilities
- Execute daily transactional activities in SAP and MES, ensuring accurate entry, tracking, and reconciliation of inventory and production data.
- Maintain organized and up‑to‑date documentation, including processing, filing, and retrieving records needed for audits, production, and quality functions.
- Coordinate closely with shop‑floor teams, MPPs (manufacturing production planners), Quality Control/Quality Assurance, and Planning to support material movement, receiving activities, and workflow continuity.
- Monitor and manage incoming communications, including email and delivery schedules, to ensure timely follow‑up and alignment with operational priorities.
- Perform routine numerical reviews—verifying counts, identifying discrepancies, and validating transactional accuracy with strong attention to detail.
- Support operational needs by moving between office and shop‑floor environments, assisting with administrative tasks, schedule updates, and other duties as required, including overtime and weekend coverage.

You bring
- High School Diploma Required
- Prior hands‑on experience using SAP, with the ability to perform transactional activities accurately.
- Working knowledge of inventory transactions and familiarity with shop‑floor or receiving operations.
- Strong numerical aptitude, including the ability to review, compare, and validate data repeatedly with precision.
- Proficient organizational skills for managing documents, schedules, calendars, and email communications.
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $22.50 - $23.50.
