VP GOE Quality for Operations

As the Group Head of Quality for Operation, you will have an extremely strategic impact on our organization's strategy and success. You will collaborate with BU quality representatives and other stakeholders to develop a comprehensive Product Protection Strategies (Safety,  Defense and Fraud); Defines, develops, align and improve the risk assessment methodologies; Defines, Develops, Align and Improve the Quality digital platform strategy and roadmap (short, middle and log-term) & Manages the Quality Data Management & Systems´ team. Your role will involve designing and monitoring the process, and standards, improving quality for operations processes, driving a culture of quality, and maintaining strong relationships with global and regional partners.

Your key responsibilities ( not limited to)

•    Participates on the Quality Global Leadership (QLT)  and the D&T quality related Committees. 
•    Defines, Develops, Align  and Improve Product Protection strategies (Safety,  Defense and Fraud) .
•    Defines, develops, align and Improve the risk assessment methodology  ( HACCP (hazards), TACCP (threat),  VACCP (Vulnerability), RM assessment,  business risks assessments, etc) and  risk mitigation plans to control and monitor 
•    Defines, Develops, Align  and Improve the Quality digital platform strategy and roadmap (short, middle and log-term), being responsible to create strong connections with D&T support, influencing the decision thought the GOE LT, OLT and QLT.
•    Responsible to define BU/group response in case of crisis/ incident, and lead crisis when required according classification and escalation rules. Activate group level process in cases of incidents and crisis as well as reporting towards GOELT, EXCO and/or BoD when required
•    Define, Develop, Align and Improve the Quality  Continuous Improvement Program aligned with Manuf. Excellence.

You bring

•    Bachelor  in Engineer, Chemistry, Pharmacy  and/or equivalent technical  fields.  MBA or Post Graduation would be preferred. 15 /20 years experience is minimally required for the role in similar positions at industry is required.
•    Technical experience within different Quality areas (QA, QC and QM)  in an equivalent environment 
•    In depth knowledge of current Product Protection (safety, defense and fraud), quality risk assessment, quality systems and tools, project management, quality requirements, legal requirements, standards and  principles. Excellent Knowledge managing a cross-cultural teams.
•     Proven Experience on Creating, Aligning, Cascading and Implementation a Group/Corporate Quality Strategy
•     Ability to listen, understand, orchestrate, collaborate, add value and continuously improve a Group Quality Vision, more precisely to Quality Assurance and QMS. 
•    Good Leadership and Management skills with  experience of professional development of self and teams - Strong Presentation Skills (Executive Management presentations)
