As a member of ISOL China Senior Management Team, grow ISOL sales and profitability with alignment of TTH strategy, delivering talent and team capability to ensure synergy strategy deployment and effective growth. 

Your key responsibilities
•    Financials: Sales Revenue, Gross Margin, Commercial Margin
•    Project Management: Teamwork and effectiveness with regular project meetings across Creation, Application, BD and Commercial to prioritize and allocate resources 
•    Team: Line management of experienced reginal sales director, ACMs, commercial support team.
•    Customers: Responsible for building and maintaining in-depth customers relationships with key accounts and distributors, leveraging Taste resources for key projects as mutually agreed  
•    Commercial Management: Drive and support strategy of ISOL as well as synergy vision of TTH as:
•    Operational:  Broad-level perspective and experience in ingredient and flavor industry, managing across functions including commercial, BD, technical and Supply Chain

You bring
•    Minimum 15 years’ experience with measurable track records in Ingredients/food/health  industry as sales leader with extensive experience in managing complexity with business revenue of at least $40M.
•    Experience in “mass-market” of China’s flavor or food ingredients industry, technical background in food science is highly positive
•    Strong people management skills, ability to coach and develop a team of Account Managers
•    Strong at value chain management wiht strong analytical skill and strategic thinking will be a plus.
•    Work in the complex global matrix org to handle the multiple segment lead at global level. 
•    Proficiency in English and Mandarin, essential with strong cultural sensitivity to manage interactions across different business cultures
