The elevator pitch of the role

 

Join our Perfumery Supply Chain team in Barcelona as a VIE and help shape the future of operations in Europe. You’ll support business planning, product lifecycle, and inventory performance across a dynamic regional network. This role offers hands‑on experience, cross‑functional exposure, and real impact.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities for new launches, ensuring smooth cross‑functional alignment.
  • Support project readiness checks, validating timelines, data quality, and supply feasibility for upcoming business launches.
  • Automate and improve selected PLM tools and reporting flows.
  • Support replacement and phase‑in/phase‑out processes with clear follow‑up.
  • Produce inventory monitoring and reports, flagging risks and key trends.
  • Contribute to business‑planning routines with structured data and KPI updates.

You bring

 

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and data skills, with solid proficiency in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of SAP, Kinaxis or Celonis is welcome.
  • A strong sense of accountability — you take initiative, follow through, and focus on what matters.
  • Curiosity and an open mind — you question assumptions and look for better, smarter ways to work.
  • A collaborative spirit — you enjoy working across teams, functions, and countries.
  • Clear communication in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage.
