VIE Junior Sourcing Manager
We have an immediate opportunity for a VIE junior sourcing manager Fruits to join TTH Raw Materials procurement team. The job will be to manage Fruits portfolio, working closely with our TTH division. The professional will support and co-develop in executing end-to-end sourcing strategies, ensure security of supply, deliver against key performance indicators, drive best practices and connect effectively with internal stakeholders. This needs to be done in full accordance with the dsm-Firmenich supply ecosystem and ethical principles and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support in developing & implementing end to end business aligned sourcing strategies for Fruits tonalities – Incl. risk mitigation strategies and responsible sourcing.
- Support in the day-to-day operational and tactical procurement activities.
- Support in building strategic supplier relationships, driving commercial, sustainability, innovation and performance initiatives.
- Manage key internal stakeholders. Engage with key Senior Purchasing Leaders, Flavor Division, Commercial Leads, key members of Fruits S&OP
- Support and conduct negotiations with suppliers focusing on key identified criteria – Quality, Service Delivery, Operational Improvements, Total Cost of Ownership, etc.
- Track and consolidate market data / intelligence – map global supply, import/export data, weather and support in creating internal summaries.
- Manage improvement and development projects.
- Participate in target setting and deliver against plan.
- Support taking calculated entrepreneurial risks and challenges assumptions.
- Encourage cross-divisional working and learning networks and contribute to remove barriers that inhibit effective decision making.

Requirements:
- Degree from University or College in Engineering, Economics, Business administration, Science, Agronomy.
- Experience managing natural raw materials preferred.
- Ability to support in implementation of end-to-end sourcing strategy.
- Experience in project management in a fast paced challenging and multicultural environment.
- Good communication & influencing skills.

- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Basic ERP (SAP experience preferred).
