Lab Product Customer Support
Location: Union, MO
What You’ll Do:
Responsible for technical and customer support of products within the Food Safety business segment including investigating customer concerns and new product applications.

Key responsibilities:
Provide technical support and training to customers, staff, and customer service groups
Support new product introductions by supporting R&D through the Design process, validation studies, beta site studies and staff/customer training
Develop new application protocols for specific product needs
Present at industry meetings, seminars, and webinars
Troubleshoot products, design, and execute experimental protocols
Travel is expected to be about 15%
You bring:
Bachelor's of Science or related field
1+ years’ lab experience
Working knowledge of quality control and quality assurance programs
Analytical background with experience in troubleshooting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot issues with products and services
