Director of Sales, Swine/Ruminants

Is the idea of finding sustainable solutions that benefit animal welfare something that appeals to you?  We seek a seasoned sales director to lead a motivated sales team focused on value selling to our customers.  It’s a big job – are you up for the challenge?

 

Come help us create value for the end customers through an innovative product portfolio and showcase the scientific power of DSM Nutritional Products.  You’ll report directly to the Regional Vice President North America for Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH).

 

You’ll be responsible to:

  • Lead the swine and ruminants sales team at ANH
  • Develop and coach a team of account managers
  • Set direction and strategy as a member of the North American Leadership Team for ANH
  • Facilitate and lead species specialty teams

What we like to see in your experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales, product management, account management and/or marketing experience required, with a strong preference for swine experience
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively on a global basis
  • Your finger on the pulse of the customer
  • Developing and mentoring teams
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
