This newly created role supports DSM’s Animal Nutrition & Health business.  This individual will partner with our digital marketing global team and implement those technologies regionally.  This role is paramount in supporting our commercial teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have an analytical mindset and a process improvement background. Are you ready to own and drive this initiative forward?  

 

Digital Marketing Manager, North America –Flexible work location/Home Office


In the role of Digital Marketing Manager, North America, you will: 

  • Execute the Digital Strategic Agenda in North America for superior digital experience.
  • Implement pre-mix quotation pricing tool including new pricing processes in North America, prepare training and tutorials for tool adoption with collaboration from customer excellence manager.
  • Engage on other customer value adding automation projects to drive digital transformation within DSM and with customers.
    • Drive change through new ways of working, digital tools, services, gamification
  • Adopt a digital excellence culture: digital solution platforms, VASS (Value Added Solution Selling), customer portal, quotation pricing tool advancements. Partner closely with peers (Essential Products, Performance Solutions and Farming Services leads), global and other regional customer excellence leads on future digital ideation, innovation and enablement approaches to drive business results and identify any gaps with NA.
  • Closely collaboration between DNP, HNH and IT counterparts to execute digital projects that are a pivotal component of the ANH digital roadmap and put customer centricity at its heart, bringing value to our customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maximizing the ANH sales and leveraging additional growth opportunities via digital platforms.
  • Track and measure adoption of tools and processes through KPI reporting and create ways to measure engagement of the NA sales organization across multiple digital initiatives.
  • Drive the ANH digital strategy and roadmap, including business and functional digitalization and automation and leverage existing data to implement analytical modes to enable customer, sales and business insights leading to improved data-driven decisions.
    • Ensure the adoption of the different digital tools e.g. Customer Portal, CRM, Quotation-Pricing-Tool, Gamification, Sales Coaching Tool, SET tool.
  • Partner with category and species marketing managers to revolutionize our solutions selling approach in a digital interfacing platform, work closely to identify different ways to market through our current and future digital state platforms.
  • Virtual Sales: develop, test and implement new Virtual Sales Models with P&L responsibilities complimenting F2F sales.
    • Optimize Inside Sales with Customer Portal and standardized services.
    • Enable quotation pricing tool success within virtual sales models.

What we look for in you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Business/Marketing/IT strongly preferred
  • 3 -5+ years digital marketing experience or related experience required
  • Capacity to collaborate and influence global, regional team members, Sales and Marketing Leads
  • Superior influencing skills and critical thinking about the business
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in CRM, e- commerce, digital tool development a plus
