Trainee Sustainability

Purpose/Mission: 

Contribute to the growth of the Taste, Texture and Health business by supporting sustainability projects and initiatives. You will play a key role in driving sustainability efforts, conducting research, and supporting the team in various environmental performance projects.

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Conducting research and analysis on sustainability topics such as Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), carbon footprint, and sustainable sourcing 

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives across the Taste, Texture and Health business unit 

  • Supporting the team in data collection, analysis, and reporting on sustainability metrics 

  • Contributing to the creation of sustainability communications and marketing materials 

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives forward

You bring:  

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field 

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting 

  • Knowledge of sustainability concepts and tools, such as LCA and carbon footprint 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 

  • You are organized, motivated, polyvalent, and a team player.
