Technologist, Prod App Dev

The bio gums business is rapidly developing. Characterize physicochemical properties of various hydrocolloids; Develop application prototypes for food application using the unique functional properties of these hydrocolloids and provide corresponding technical supports to customers. In addition, develop more application possibilities by combining colloids with other materials. 表征分析各种亲水胶体基本性能,利用亲水胶体的多样化性质,开发新的食品应用,并为客户提供相关的技术支持。此外,将胶体与其他原料相结合一起开发更多的应用可能性。

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for characterization and test of various hydrocolloids (e.g. gellan, xanthan, curdlan, and other new bio-gums and plant-based hydrocolloids) and  identify the technical benefits of these hydrocolloids brought to specific applications

负责分析和测试结冷胶、黄原胶、可得然胶、以及其他新颖的植物基或者生物发酵基亲水胶体的特性,关联基本性能和潜在应用体系的技术需求,找出亲水胶体在特定应用体系的技术亮点。

  • Conduct exploration trials to develop the applications of related hydrocolloids based on the deep understanding of the unique properties of these hydrocolloids and technical demands of the systems where they are used. These systems include the food and beverage applications and non-food applications e.g. home care and personal care products. 

基于对亲水胶性能以及相关应用体系技术要求的理解,开发该亲水胶体的在食品或者非食品领域的新应用。其主要应用领域包含食品饮料等以及非食品应用(例如家庭和个人护理产品等)

  • Provide necessary technical supports to customers on relevant applications of hydrocolloids

针对负责的相关亲水胶体及其特定应用,给客户提供必要的技术支持

  • Contribute to good maintenance and development of application and analytical lab, and make sure the compliance on laboratory SHE with acceptable global standards, China regulations and DSM standards.

协助相关应用和分析实验室的良好运行,确保符合实验室SHE全球标准,中国法规及DSM标准。

  • Collaborate with colleagues in innovation team and other divisions for promoting the joint projects progress.

与创新部其他同事及亲水胶体其他部门的同事一起合作,开发、推进相关的项目。

  • Keep good connection with people in BU /BG /other R&D centre for good practices exchanging or special tasks be assigned.

与业务单元/业务集团或其它研发中心保持良好的交流和合作,共同完成一些特许的项目。

  • Promote related colleagues in lab and business team, with knowledge on application of gellan gumxanthan gum, fiber and other hydrocolloids via training and coaching.

通过培训和训练提升实验室相关同事和商务团队了解结冷胶、黄原胶、纤维和其它亲水胶体的应用。

You bring

 

  • 1-3 years scientific and commercial knowledge on hydrocolloids or their applications in food or non-food industry. Knowledge of hydrocolloidsespecially starch and its derivative, curdlan, or other new bio-gums and plant-based hydrocolloidsor experience of product development based on plant protein is preferred.

具有1-3年涉及亲水胶体基本性质或者其在食品或者非食品的应用经验。有淀粉以及衍生物、可得然胶、或其他新颖的植物基或者生物发酵基亲水胶体的使用经验或者植物蛋白基产品开发经验的优先。

  • Master degree or above with the major of Food Science and Engineering, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or other related majors.

硕士及以上学历,食品科学和工程、化学、化工以及相关专业。

  • Spirit of exploration and innovation and keen to learn and try new things

具有创新和探索精神以及有积极的学习和接受新事物的意识

  • Knowledge of English language: Good command of Written, reading & oral.

英语:良好的读写能力,流利的口语。

  • Open & easy going, independent & hands-on, good communication skill.
