Technician Lead LATAM

Job Title: Technician Lead LATAM

City: Cotia, São Paulo, Brasil

We are looking for a specialist in instrumental analysis (GC-MS) to support the development and matching of flavors, working closely with flavorists and contributing to projects across Latin America. This role will play a key part in the expansion and advancement of the laboratory, connecting scientific analysis with practical business applications.

Key responsibilities:

Perform analyses using gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GCMS)
Identify and interpret volatile compounds in food and beverages
Support flavorists in flavor development and matching activities
Translate analytical data into actionable business insights
Manage multiple projects simultaneously (15–20 per month)
Contribute to the technical expansion and continuous improvement of the laboratory"

You bring

Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields
Experience with GC-MS (gas chromatography and mass spectrometry)
Experience with flavor analize is key, with fragrance will be consider
Strong background in instrumental analysis and data interpretation
Fluent English (mandatory) | Spanish is a plus
Strong communication, analytical skills, and business mindset"
