To manage the technical service of a business to achieve Customer Service Level objectives as agreed in Sales and Account Plans (within the approved CSL’s).
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical service planning and execution aligned with customer needs and business goals.
- Support product trials and validations at customer sites.
- Investigate and resolve technical complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and share insights to improve our offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, QA, Marketing) to ensure seamless technical support.
- Maintain strong relationships with equipment vendors to stay ahead of process innovations.

We Bring
- Master’s degree in Pet Food, Food Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of technical experience in the pet food industry.
- Strong knowledge of product processing and application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative spirit and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
