Tax Analyst, Global Graduate Program – Princeton, NJ

Location: Princeton, NJ, US

 

Support the North American and Global Tax Team by assisting with tax return preparation, audit support, and various tax-related projects. As the Tax Analyst, Global Graduate Program, you’ll be part of a dynamic team where you’ll learn and grow by contributing to realworld financial and tax initiatives. This position is part of our Global Graduate Rotational Program, offering handson experience, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to develop into a future finance and tax leader through collaboration and structured rotations.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and review of non-income tax returns and payments
  • Assist in providing audit support
  • Maintain department tax calendar
  • Assist with designing and updating high function Excel worksheets
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentations
  • Improve the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other tax technology – cocreating the tax function of the future

You Bring:

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Analytical thinking and ability to interpret financial data
  • Strong interest in technology, and the use of technological developments (Artificial Intelligence) in business applications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required; Master’s degree preferred

 

Hourly rate for this position is $33.00/hr.

 

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
