Swiss Payroll & Service Delivery Specialist

Role Purpose
The role ensures accurate and timely execution of monthly payroll processes and related activities in SAP, provides high-quality support to employees and HR Business Partners, and coordinates key annual HR activities, in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all monthly payroll tasks in SAP, including data entry, calculations, pre- and post-payroll audits, payment file, monthly and yearly reportings, and system interfaces.
- Act as the primary liaison for service delivery tasks with the external HR shared service center.
- Manage data and respond to inquiries related to working time recording.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding remuneration, taxation, and child benefits.
- Monitor SAP payroll developments and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain and update employee profiles in SuccessFactors.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance on social insurance and tax matters.
- Contribute to annual HR processes such as budgeting, salary review and yearly bonus payouts.
- Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.

You bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar payroll role.
- Strong expertise in SAP HR and SAP Payroll; knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security and taxes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset.
- Proactive, with a continuous improvement approach.
- Highly organized, flexible, and collaborative team player.
- Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
- Previous experience in accounting, audit, mobility, or compensation and benefits is an asset.
Working Model
This is a hybrid role with a minimum 60% in‑office presence at our Geneva site to collaborate closely with key stakeholders and squads.
