Location – Barcelona, Spain or Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium

 

We are seeking a highly motivated Tolling Project Sr Manager with 5 years of proven experience in project management to oversee and drive from initiation to completion. This role involves end-to-end management of projects with external manufacturing partners, ensuring seamless coordination across functions including contracting, relationship management, supply chain, industrialization, Sales, Quality and procurement.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage tolling projects with external manufacturers from initiation through to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with contract manufacturing partners.
  • Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of tolling agreements and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and quality specifications.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration (Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Operations, Sales) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, escalating risks and implementing mitigation actions when needed.
  • Provide regular reporting and project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within tolling operations.

You bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within the chemical, food, or related manufacturing industries.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end project execution involving external partners.

• Experience in contract management and building long-term supplier/manufacturer relationships.

• Procurement knowledge or experience is a strong plus.

• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
