We are in search of a highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic 'Supply Chain Lead Specialist' to support and contribute to our Material Planning Community. In this role, you will support continuous improvement initiatives across process efficiency, digitalization, and analytics, helping shape the future of Planning Excellence at dsm-firmenich.

Your key responsibilities

Support Group Planning in the Material Planning Stream by ensuring best practices, standards, new projects are shared and adopted cross global and regional teams in each Business Unit.
Project management: Actively participate in planning transformation programs and projects in the different phases.
Support the team with data extraction, analysis and validation for regular activities as well as on an ad-hoc basis.

You bring

Ideally 3+ years in experience of Material PLanning / Supply Chain.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
A hard-working, self-motivated person who is eager to learn.
Good analytical skills, problem solving and organization skills.
Strong capability for working in multinational, multicultural, and cross functional teams.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes; experience in Kinaxis is a strong plus.
