Your key responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Supervise maintenance technicians, assign daily tasks, and ensure top-quality execution of preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance work.
- Plan & Coordinate: Own the maintenance schedule using CMMS/ Excel based systems, creating accurate job cards, tracking asset history, and keeping maintenance records spotless.
- Solve Problems Fast: Jump on equipment breakdowns, troubleshoot safely and effectively, and get production back up with minimal downtime.
- Keep It Compliant: Work with Production, Quality, HSE, and Food Safety teams to ensure every task meets GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and hygiene standards.
- Manage Resources & Safety: Control spares inventory, tools, and suppliers while enforcing Lock-Out/Tag-Out/ Test Out (LOTOTO) and permit-to-work protocols across all activities in accordance of Life Saving Rules (LSR).
- Drive Improvement: Conduct root cause analyses, track KPIs (PM completion, MTTR, MTBF), and champion continuous improvement initiatives that boost reliability.

You bring
- Trade Certification & Experience: Trade Test (Millwright, Electrician, or Fitter) required, plus 5+ years in FMCG or food manufacturing maintenance with supervisory experience.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CMMS systems (SAP, Pragma, MaintainX) and solid knowledge of FMCG/food manufacturing equipment.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, HSE regulations, and food safety standards in manufacturing environments.
- Problem-Solver Mindset: Analytical thinking, cost-awareness, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
- Leadership Ability: Excellent planning, coordination, and people management skills with focus on building high-performing teams.
- Bonus Points: Experience with flavour manufacturing or chemical processing equipment is a strong advantage.
