Location: São Paulo, Brazil
This position is the strategic engine of the Taste Texture and Health Business Unit transformation in Latin America.
The Strategic Transformation Manager will be responsible for designing and leading the region’s Strategic Roadmap, driving profitable growth, commercial excellence, and integration across markets and global teams.
They will lead critical initiatives in transformation, M&A, pricing, and process optimization, working directly with the Taste Texture and Health Leadership Committee and influencing high-impact decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the LATAM Strategic Roadmap, acting as a member of the Taste Texture and Health Regional Leadership Team and ensuring alignment with global priorities.
- Drive regional transformation initiatives, including implementation of new systems, processes, and change management programs, ensuring engagement and adoption across the region.
- Manage the regional project pipeline.
- Participate in M&A studies, from target identification and financial analysis to integration planning and execution.
- Lead the LATAM Pricing area, ensuring governance, competitiveness, profitability, and adherence to global guidelines.
- Conduct deep analyses of market trends, performance, profitability, and competitiveness, identifying growth opportunities and activating commercial and regional teams for corrective plans.
- Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives (Commercial, Finance, Operations, Digital, Procurement, and Global Teams), ensuring disciplined execution, operational excellence, and sustainable impact.

You Bring
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields; an MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance or Strategy is preferred.
- Experience in Food & Beverage, Flavors, Ingredients, or Strategic Consulting, with a background in strategy, finance, commercial areas, M&A, or pricing.
- Strong command of data analysis, P&L, market intelligence, profitability, and business case development.
- Solid experience in organizational transformation, implementation of global programs, and change management.
- Experience leading regional teams in highly matrixed and multicultural environments (LATAM + Global).
- Advanced English; Spanish is desirable. A profile with strong executive maturity, holistic business vision, and political savvy to navigate complex environments.
