We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 10 members responsible for applying fragrance oils to various application bases and managing fragrance stability testing. You will be responsible for the coordination of lab activities to support our Perfumery and Beauty division. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in science or engineering, demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires excellent people management skills, a customer-focused mindset, ensuring the lab meets safety and quality standards and experience in fostering operational excellence through methodologies such as 5S and Green Belt principles. The role offers the chance to lead impactful project and contribute to the growth of the business through operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of application and stability specialists, ensuring performance alignment with organizational goals.
Drive process improvements using lean principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Cultivate a customer-centric approach within the team, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service for both internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee all lab activities, ensuring compliance to all operational KPIs. Oversee fragrance application projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Leverage data analytics to monitor team performance, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.
Utilize SAP for inventory tracking, project management, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including perfumers, R&D, and quality assurance, to support business needs and achieve organizational objectives. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards within the lab and stability testing environments.

You bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in a lab supervisory or operations role, preferably in fragrance, chemical, or related industries.
Proven people management experience, leading and developing diverse teams.
Hands-on experience with 5S, Green Belt principles, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Experience with data analytics tools and SAP is highly desirabl
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive innovative solutions. Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and stakeholders at all level. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on operational improvement.
