We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Reliability Engineer to join our team at the Anaheim, California Taste, Texture and Health (TTH) manufacturing site. A Sr. Project Engineer is responsible for managing and overseeing the technical aspects of a project from initiation to completion. Their role ensures that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They act as a bridge between the technical team, contractors, and clients, providing technical expertise and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.

Your key responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all aspects of the project are executed on time and within the specified budget. Manage a small CAPEX budget of at least $5M USD.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure all engineering designs and specifications meet the required standards.
- Coordinate and manage teams of contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements and updates are communicated clearly.
- Identify potential risks and technical issues, developing solutions to ensure the project's success.
- Ensure the project meets industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. Maintain accurate records of progress, changes, and decisions made throughout the project.

You bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or maintenance engineering in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management tools.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing or overseeing engineering projects, including knowledge of construction processes, project management, and design standards.
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $94,600-$122,000.
