Location: Barcelona, Spain
Drive the implementation of customer-centric strategies for Global Consumer Brand customers in Supply chain to optimize service, cost and cash. Build strong partnerships with our customers for value creation supporting growth. Collaborate with Financial and Commercial teams to set and track budget and targets.
Your key responsibilities
- Accountable as Supply Chain SPOC for assigned GCB accounts responsible to represent Supply Chain and create partnerships with commercial and customers on all strategic customer facing topics
- Collaborates with Financial and Commercial teams to define annual Budget and to set quarterly targets, ensuring Global Demand sign-offs process
- Define and track (with support of COE) key customer performance metrics aligned with expectations, segmentation, capabilities and SLAs ensuring financial and strategic alignment
- Represent Supply Chain for QBRs, contract, business reviews, supplier evaluations and core list negotiations
- Support planning and supply chain sufficiency for the pipeline of accounts.
- Create Customer Supply Plans optimizing internal & client service & costs including but not limited to order pattern, logistics services, unsold forecasts and digital 1st objectives
- Work with Regional Operations teams to ensure proactive support & issue resolution as required
- Drive continuous measurable value creation improvements and efficiencies with quantifiable savings and ROI growth opportunities
