Senior Manager, Outbound Logistics Operations

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver to our customers across Greater China — connecting business units, global logistics, and external partners to make logistics seamless, compliant, and cost‑effective.

Your key responsibilities
- Own outbound logistics operations across Greater China, ensuring reliable service levels, cost efficiency, and full trade compliance.
- Design and implement transport management strategies aligned with global standards while addressing regional business needs.
- Act as the regional subject‑matter expert for overall transportation management within regional landscape, and cross‑border logistics supports, and dangerous goods regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize landed cost, service quality, and operational resilience.
- Collaborate closely with end-to-end supply chain operation functions, commercial, finance, quality, and external logistics partners to deliver seamless execution.
- Develop and coach a high‑performing logistics team, fostering accountability, capability building, and a culture of improvement.

You bring
- Extensive experience (prefer 8 years above) in transportation management or logistics operations within a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of outbound logistics, cross‑border trade compliance, and service provider management in China.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and influencing diverse stakeholders.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to translate data and insights into action.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, and the confidence to operate in complex environments.
- A strong sense of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus — aligned with our values.
