The R2D Head leads the Record to Decide Service Delivery Unit within GES, ensuring accurate, compliant, fast, and insight‑ready financial information that enables better and faster decision‑making across the company. The role safeguards robust financial compliance and internal controls, maintaining audit readiness and adherence to DAR/IFRS, corporate policies, and global regulatory standards.
As a key driver of Finance and GES future, the R2D Head helps shape the future across processes, data, systems, and capabilities, steering the shift from traditional finance reporting to a knowledge‑based, analytics‑led service focused on actionable insights. Success depends on strong collaboration across Finance, GES, and Digital & Technology, and on building a high‑performing global team with strong analytical, digital, and financial capabilities.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead global R2D service delivery across hubs, ensuring high quality, compliant, and standardized execution across all R2D domains.
• Partner with the R2D Global Process Owner to embed global standards and drive end‑to‑end process simplification, scalability, and performance.
• Drive transformation from transactional reporting to analytics‑led, insight‑driven services, leveraging automation, digital finance, and data technologies.
• Act as the operational bridge between Finance and GES, ensuring alignment between strategy, governance, and day‑to‑day execution.
• Ensure strong compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness across all entities, anticipating risks and driving proactive mitigation.
• Build, develop, and inspire a high‑performing global R2D organization with strong financial, analytical, and digital capabilities."

You bring

• 15+ years of experience in global Record to Report / Record to Decide, financial controlling, and FP&A enablement, ideally within a Global Business Services environment.
• Deep expertise in financial accounting, closing, reporting, compliance (DAR/IFRS), and internal controls across complex, multinational setups.
• Proven track record in finance transformation, digitalization, and ERP programs (e.g., SAP S/4, CFIN, automation, analytics).
• Strong operational leadership, with experience managing SLAs, KPIs, productivity, cost efficiency, and multi‑hub delivery models.
• Demonstrated success leading large, diverse global teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in matrixed, global organizations."
