Join dsm-firmenich as Reliability Engineer and take the lead in optimizing global logistics operations across a high-volume network. You’ll shape transportation strategy and drive innovation across a system that handles over 5 million pallet movements annually. Your key responsibilities:

Preparation of Engineering Drawings as per Process Requirement for New Projects and Modifications.
Conversant with SAP PM (Planned Maintenance module)
Conversant with Autocad for drawing and 3D Modelling of Plant.
To prepare the Project schedule and Conversant to the MS Projects and Project scheduling software along with analysis tools like Power BI , MS Excel , MS Word etc
To prepare for FL (functional location structure), create material master, Asset list etc.
Create task list and prepare maintenance plan in SAP PM module.
Prepare BOM and upload it in SAP.
Create Min – Max spares inventory and Inventory Management
Convergent with Engineering store and spare management
Preparing a maintenance plan which will improve equipment performance and be more reliable.
After implementing the maintenance plan, the Maintenance Engineer supports the Maintenance manager to monitor and evaluate the performance of the PM Plan
To facilitate the process to set up or review a maintenance plan, to lead the team through the approved methodology, to balance the level of detail versus the available time.
To support Maintenance manager in specifying maintenance policy, technical requirements, Asset portfolio management and contract performance indicators and MIS preparation , data Compilation and Analysis .

You bring.

Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech / M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
3 - 7 years of relevant industrial experience.
Sound engineering knowledge.
Knowledge in SAP PM module, AUTOCAD, 3D Modelling software. Preferably a member of core team for SAP PM module implementation.
Sound knowledge and orientation of Safety.
Sound Knowledge of Inventory management through SAP
Sound Knowledge of GEP in Engineering .
Good analytical / trouble shooting / decision making / learning ability
