Job Title: Senior Expert Procurement Ingredients PMX & Performance Solutions
Location: Jadcherla, India
This role is a key contributor to procurement and supply planning for the Premix and Feed Additives business in India. The position ensures uninterrupted availability of raw materials, packaging, and services at optimal cost, quality, and service levels, while collaborating closely with regional procurement, plant operations, quality, and planning teams. The role blends tactical procurement execution with strong cross‑functional coordination to support business continuity, compliance, and profitability.

Your key responsibilities
- Manage purchasing activities for locally sourced raw materials, packaging materials, and services to support premix and feed additive plant operations.
- Create and process purchase orders in ERP/SAP, coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules, pricing, quantities, and quality, and resolve operational procurement issues.
- Support operations planning by managing inventory levels aligned with stock policies, preventing shortages or overstock while meeting forecasted sales demand.
- Facilitate new supplier onboarding, vendor code creation, documentation, and ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical standards, and audit requirements.
- Review import documentation, track shipments, support customs clearance, coordinate pre‑shipment samples, and work closely with QA on supplier qualification and compliance.
- Partner with Planning, Production, Finance (PSS), Quality, SHE, and Regional Procurement teams to ensure smooth material availability and timely supplier payments.

You bring
- MBA or PG Diploma in Agribusiness Management, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Import–Export, or related discipline.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing; experience in Animal Nutrition, Premix, Feed Additives, or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with MRP or supply network systems; SAP MM module knowledge strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of international and local trade regulations, customs processes, and documentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail; advanced Excel skills and exposure to procurement analytics tools (e.g., Sievo) are an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, high integrity, ability to multitask, collaborate across teams, and a proactive learning attitude.
