The elevator pitch of the role

As a Senior Operator, Industrialization & Sampling, you will be responsible for supporting the industrialization of flavor products by executing sampling, scale-up trials, and production validation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and quality of new product introductions (NPI) and process improvements.

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Execute New Product Introduction (NPI) sampling and scale-up trials to ensure a smooth and efficient industrialization process.

 

  • Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to follow up on sample production and validate large-scale manufacturing processes.

 

  • Support Process Engineers in creating and maintaining Manufacturing Instructions for new products.

 

  • Assist in daily production troubleshooting, conducting trials and tests to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

 

  • Participate in product transfers and raw material localization by supporting trial runs and validation processes.

 

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

You bring

 

  • A college/diploma degree in Food Chemical Engineering or a related field.

 

  • Manufacturing experience in the food and flavor industry is highly preferred.

 

  • Strong technical skills with a hands-on approach to operations.

 

  • A high level of responsibility, dedication, and strong communication skills.

 

  • A team-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and integrity.

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good computer skills.

 

  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
