Sr Manager Supplier Lifecycle & Risk Management

Job Title: Sr Manager Supplier Lifecycle & Risk Management

As our Sr Manager Supplier Lifecycle & Risk Management, your will be a key player in the Procurement Excellence organization. The role will contribute to the delivery of the S2P Roadmap; to the design and the implementation of Supplier Lifecycle Management processes and Risk Management framework for raw materials and suppliers.
 
Your key responsibilities
  • Designs and leads programs to drive the harmonization and effective implementation of end to end supplier lifecycle processes, including supplier onboarding and qualification, segmentation and relationship management, as well as supplier performance and risk management.
  • Actively contributes to the development and continuous enhancement of the Procurement risk management framework for suppliers and raw materials.
  • Leads and supports the definition, governance, and deployment of master data quality rules for procurement owned data, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and compliance.
  • Supports and contributes to Group initiatives, ensuring alignment with Procurement and enterprise wide priorities.
  • Identifies synergies and quick wins and drives continuous improvement to increase process efficiency.
  • Fosters strong governance, collaboration, and clear communication across stakeholders.

You bring
  • Minimum 5 years of Procurement expertise.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex global stakeholders, projects, and change initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies.
  • Strategic and solution‑oriented mindset with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
