The Sr. Manager PMO & Sustainability will play a pivotal role in synchronizing and strengthening the Global Logistics and Network Solutions organization. The role involves managing a global projects portfolio while embedding sustainability at every corner of logistics operations. By fostering connections between logistics operations and business units, enhancing visibility, and harmonizing work processes, the Sr. Manager will ensure that scalable logistics services fully meet the dynamic needs of the business units

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage the global logistics projects portfolio, aligning with strategy and sustainability goals

·       Implement project management methodologies to ensure consistency and best practices

·       Promote collaboration between logistics operations and business units for synergy

·       Increase project visibility through data-driven insights and reporting

·       Streamline logistics and network processes for scalability

·       Cultivate a culture of innovation, excellence, and sustainability

You bring:

·       +10 years of experience in logistics, distribution, transportation and Supply Chain.

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

·       Fluent English is Mandatory.

·       Exceptional ledership skills and ability to communicate on different levels

·       A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives

·       A focus on impact, driving innovation and positive change through your creativity and expertise

·       A sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success
