Senior Manager HR– Global Enterprise Solutions and D&T, India

Location: Hyderabad

Your key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with GCC leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support business goals, drive organizational development, workforce planning, and succession strategies through data-driven, structured problem-solving approach.
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with company values. Utilize engagement survey insights to design impactful programs.
  • Drive skill-based learning strategy, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Succession and Rewards for the business groups.
  • Partner with Leadership teams to lead change initiatives across India GES. Support organizational restructuring and process improvements.
  • Manage site-specific HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. Advise CoEs on strategic decisions of the business and activates policies at a business level.
  • Work closely with Regional/Local HR teams to ensure proper alignment and feedback while managing your own team.

You bring

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant discipline (HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences) and professional trainings in HR fields.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally in a global or matrixed setup with 12-15 years of experience.
  • Experience in driving a transformational change in a complex matrix environment
  • Critical competencies: strong business acumen; outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills; organizational and cultural awareness/sensitivity, strategic and analytical mindset, delivering results, influencing collaboratively, driving change
