As a Sr Manager Group RA Global Prod & Chemical Registration, you will get a chance to manage regional chemical legislation schemes and chemical registration activities across Business Units. Lead regulatory activities to ensure the continued global ability to use our ingredients/chemicals compliantly and safely for human health and the environment. Bring regulatory foresight to internal stakeholders while identifying needs/new strategies to support the business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Leading the chemical registration program/strategy in specific region(s)/countries. Lead the set-up of efficient/effective internal partnerships and/or external consultants in the region(s).
- Will work in close collaboration with toxicologists & other experts to ensure the continuous compliance of chemicals within regional chemical regulations and execution of the regulatory strategy & authority submissions for the registration of chemicals.
- Bring regulatory foresight on relevant regulatory developments to our stakeholders.
- Support on the monitoring of worldwide chemical regulations, scientific developments in this field and the Advocacy towards structured/workable emerging chemical legislations.
- Lead or participate in key strategic projects for the company.

You Bring
- University Degree in the field of Chemistry/ Biology, Life Sciences or similar. Knowledge in Toxicology fields is preferable.
- 5 years working in Regulatory Affairs within any chemical sector, bringing on-the-job knowledge and experience in chemical control regulations.
- Ability to prepare and submit registration dossiers to Authorities with the specific requirements and tools (i.e: IUCLID). Experience in Authorities’ discussions is a strong added value.
- Very good organizational skills and strong in project management. Advanced skills in data analysis is an added value. Masters verbal, non-verbal communication skills and ability to understand, ensure effective communication and negotiation with Key stakeholders.
- Able to transform Business Units & Regulatory Affairs objectives into long term plans and deliver.
- Fluent in English. French is an added value.
