The Senior Analyst Finance Group FP&A will play a critical role in driving profitable growth and contributing to the transparency of business results, highlighting underlying business drivers collaborating closely with Business finance leaders, while contributing to drive efficient reporting processes by unlocking the potential of digitalization.

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen – good balance between big picture view and passion for details. 
• Structured work approach and well-balanced continuous prioritization.  
• Diligent attitude and sense of urgency, meeting the standard of a global multinational environment.  
• Hands-on attitude with the agility to dive deep in details while keeping high level conceptual view. 
• Strong interpersonal communications, influencing skills and stakeholder management; can express her/his ideas with ease and flair. 
• More than 3 years of experience in Business Controlling or Financial Planning and Analysis role(s) in an international environment.
