In this role our ideal candidate will serve as regulatory support for dsm-firmenich ingredients and key products/projects within Taste Texture and Health (TTH). Will deliver exceptional customer service on projects, programs and/or processes to ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor and interpret food legislation, ensuring products comply with the relevant legislation and supplying information to relevant internal stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities
The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support with compliance checks and regulatory assessment of food ingredients and raw materials across various countries.
- Support with Regulatory topics related to new raw materials introduction into the system.
- Assist in the preparation, organization and maintenance of regulatory documents, files, database. Ensure that the records are accurate, up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Monitor and conduct research on regulatory changes and updates, to stay informed about new regulations, guidelines, and industry standards, ensuring ongoing compliance and anticipating potential impacts on operations
- Provide support with documentation preparation as relevant, ensuring timely completion

You bring
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Food Science/Engineering, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Sc.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the food industry
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent skills in English (French is a plus, but not mandatory)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team and in a fast paced/agile environment
- Eagerness to learn in the field of regulatory affairs
- Strong computer software skills (excel, word, SAP, etc.)
