We’re hiring a Site Director in our New Ulm facility, where we manufacture food flavoring compounds using dry blending, spray drying and other processes to manufacture our food ingredients.

Your key responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the New Ulm site, ensuring safety, efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the overall business objectives
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
Develop and manage the site’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet financial targets

You bring:

Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role required, with proven track record of successful site management and operational excellence
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and building a safety first culture
Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
