Your key responsibilities
• Deliver accurate, reliable, and consistent analytical results following protocols given by scientist. Gradually become an accountable chemical analyst in global and local innovation projects.
根据研究员提供的实验方案，及时提供准确、可靠和一致的分析结果。逐步成为一名可靠的化学分析员，参与到帝斯曼 - 芬美意全球和中国科研与创新项目中。
• Under the guidance of scientist, be able to improve analytical methods or develop new analytical methods by learning and applying fit-to-purpose sample preparation methods, instrument analysis methods, and data processing/analytics techniques.
在研究员的指导下，通过学习和应用合适的样品制备方法、仪器分析方法和数据处理/分析技术来改进分析方法或开发新的分析方法。
• Participate in maintenance and troubleshooting of analytical instruments in the team. Actively learn from other colleagues and share knowledge/experiences with them. Graudually become a technical expert in analytical chemistry.
参与团队中分析仪器的维护和故障排除。积极向其他同事学习并与他们分享新知识。逐步成为分析科学团队中的一名技术专业人员。
• Follow good practice in writing experiment records. Draft clear, correct, concise analytical reports in both Chinese and English.
做好详尽易懂的试验记录。可以用中英文撰写清晰、正确、简洁的分析报告。
• Present your analytical results to your colleagues in the Analytical Sciences team when opportunity arises.
当有机会时，向分析科学团队的同事展示您的分析结果。
• Strictly comply with SHE rules of the company and the labs. Maintain a clean and well-organized laboratory. Actively contribute to common duties for the team like the other colleagues.

You bring
- Bachelor degree in analytical chemistry, food science, or pharmaceutical. Candidates with a master's degree and postgraduate research experience are preferred.
拥有分析化学、食品科学或药学学士学位。拥有硕士学位和研究生科研经历者优先。
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis. Basic wet lab skills (sample weighing, solution preparation, etc.) are a must. Candidates with extensive experience in using analytical instruments (GC-MS, LC-MS, Flash chromatography, Preparative LC, etc.) and sample preparation techniques (solvent extraction, SPE, rotavapor, lyophilizer, etc.) are preferred.
熟悉化学实验室的工作环境，动手能力强。具有定性和定量分析经验。会使用分析仪器（GC-MS、LC-MS、快速色谱、制备液相色谱等）和样品制备技术（溶剂萃取，SPE、旋转蒸发仪、冻干机等）者优先。
- Good documentation and communication skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite to write and present analytical results. Good English writing and speaking skills are preferred.
良好的书面和口头沟通能力。熟练使用微软Office软件记录和汇报分析结果和项目进展。拥有良好的英语写作和口语能力者优先。
- Advanced data analytics and Python programming skills are assets. Demonstrated research capability is an asset.
