Key Responsibilities

• Develop new beverages formulations based on industrial standards and country specific requirements
• Select and evaluate the right flavor solution in compliance with legal, costs, clients & applications requirements
• Visit clients to provide promotions / solutions / meet client request in application.
• Manage various administrative internal systems/tasks related to projects briefs and keep daily record on laboratory work and results.
• Establish new protocols for use/stability of ingredients/flavors or laboratory equipment. Run stability tests and check flavor solubility according to established protocol, Realize analysis (Brix, pH…) with laboratory equipment
• Take remedial action to reduce any HS&E risk, comply with HS&E procedures inform your management if you can’t comply, respect the dsm-firmenich fundamentals and ethical principles

You Bring

• University or above level, Major in Food science, Flavor, Chemistry are preferred.
• Professional experience in Flavor Application, R&D department in beverage industry are preferred
• Solid technical expertise with Flavor application is preferred
• Capable of handling multiple projects with good quality in a methodical manner, within short deadlines;
• Pro-active, Accurate and well organized
• Enthusiastic, open-minded and good team player
