What you will do

As the Senior Specialist HR Support you are responsible for country-specific Admin and Payroll activities. Driven by an understanding of end-to-end HR processes and systems, a tiered model of operation and in collaboration with the GES team members, the HR Admin and Payroll Support is challenged to ensure stable execution of Payroll processes in the country, with a continuous focus on service improvements, as well as offering support in the execution of various administrative tasks (such as documents, policies, procedures, WI…etc). In this key role, it is critical to manage & communicate effectively with Stakeholders, understand end-to-end HR processes/ systems, and participate in projects sometimes around ambiguous circumstances.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing HR transactional services in specific areas such as employment, compensation, benefits, or pensions
  • Support key employee life cycle processes (such as new professionals onboardings, data management, offboarding,)
  • Cooperation with the payroll service provider by assistance with payroll preparation: providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
  • Receiving, transferring, and processing HR documents
  • Administration of the time management system
  • Management of benefits systems, benefits enrolment, and communication
  • Maintenance of the Quality Check: ensure data is updated in HR and payroll systems
  • Serving as a primary contact for employees, HR departments, and third parties regarding HR and payroll-related inquiries

You bring

  • Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Operations, including HRSS, payroll and time and attendance
  • Very good command of English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to function as a team player within a matrix organization, managing own priorities.
  • Problem solving/troubleshooting & reporting skills
  • Excellent internal customer orientation
  • A proactive way of working and communicating.
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – nice to have
