Your key responsibilities

Handle billing process in ERP system 在ERP系统中处理应收流程
Issue VAT invoice and Fapiao delivery (Email/Courier) 开具增值税发票和发票寄送
VAT output reconciliation 销项税调节表
Prepare Invoice List every month 每月登记发票清单
Good communication with customers and team members 与客户和同事保持良好的沟通
Ad-hoc task assigned from team leader 领导安排的其他任务

You bring

College degree and above in financial or accounting, 1-2 years of experience in related field 财务或会计专业大专及以上学历， 1-2年工作经验
Strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented 责任心强，注重细节
Open-minded, self-motivated and fast learner 上进心强，学习能力强
Good communication and time management skill 良好的沟通和时间管理能力
Good knowledge of Excel 熟练掌握Excel软件
Good command of English and Chinese in both reading and writing. 良好的中英文读写能力
