Job Title: Senior Sourcing Analyst

As a Senior Sourcing Analyst you will be responsible for drive end‑to‑end S2P operations, ensuring compliant, efficient, and scalable procurement and invoice‑to‑pay processes. This role offers regional exposure, close collaboration with global stakeholders, and the opportunity to shape process excellence across LATAM while building a strong career.

Your key responsibilities

Act as a subject‑matter expert for Source‑to‑Pay activities, supporting negotiations, buying decisions, and compliant purchasing practices.
Lead and oversee the end‑to‑end Purchase Order flow, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to S2P controls.
Coordinate supplier onboarding and vendor master data maintenance, acting as a key point of contact for complex cases.
Provide first‑level and advanced support to business users on procurement processes, tools, and policies.
Ensure consistent application of S2P governance, approvals, and controls across LATAM operations.
Proactively identify operational issues and drive improvements to simplify processes and enhance user experience.

You Bring

Solid experience in Source‑to‑Pay or Procurement Operations, including negotiations, Purchase Order flows, invoice processing and supplier onboarding.
Strong accountability and ownership, with the ability to take initiative and see topics through end‑to‑end.
Hands‑on knowledge of procurement tools and systems (e.g. SAP, ARIBA and VIM).
A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for smarter, simpler, and more efficient ways of working.
A collaborative and customer‑focused approach, working effectively with stakeholders across functions and countries.
Curiosity, resilience, and clear communication skills to support users, solve issues, and drive alignment across LATAM.
