Senior Reliability Engineer

Freeport ,TX (On-site)

 

The Senior Reliability Engineer will be responsible for improving the reliability of the plant with regard to equipment, procedures and working methods by analysing the performance of the plant and developing a preventive and predictive maintenance plan that is directly supported by the SAP-PM module. All work completed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), sanitation/ safety/ regulatory requirements and divisional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure PPM program for new installations are established and functioning in SAP.  This includes create PMs and upload in SAP, PM Optimization scope and execution. 
  • Tracks and address performance killers of all failures beyond normal life cycle.
  • Receive and address notification of inspections and their results for adjusting the PPM program (e.g. vessel inspection program).
  • Support Turnaround Managing to ensure scope and execution in support of equipment and plant reliability.
  • Ensure improvement activities comply with DSM SHE Requirements, local laws, and applicable standards.
  • Supports plant and corporate initiatives as outlined in the manufacturing plan.  Follows the manufex work processes.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering. Extensive experience in the field of Reliability Engineering is preferred
  • 8+ years’ experience in oil & gas, chemical/pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Detailed knowledge of FMEA,RCM2, RCA, tools and application.
  • Knowledge in one or more predictive technologies (Thermography, Vibration, Ultrasonic Tribology)
  • Knowledge of the FP production processes and specific requirements
  • Knowledge of applicable SHE & Manufacturing requirements
  •    Knowledge of applicable codes, standards and techniques related to mechanical integrity inspection.
