Your key responsibilities
- Identify and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to uncover opportunities
- Conduct gap analysis and gather market intelligence to address future need
- Define target customer segments and understand their behaviors and preferences
- Support the digital marketing team by crafting compelling stories aligned with brand goals.
- Develop content strategies that reflect emerging consumer and market trends for impactful engagement
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in food science or Marketing
- Over 8 years of experience in Marketing and/or Consumer Insights.
- In-depth understanding of the beverage category and consumer trends, flavor and/or ingredient experience preferred
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills - proficient in written and spoken English with a proven ability to present in an engaging manner
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Advocate for teamwork to drive improved outcomes, increase productivity, and promote a positive culture
- Strong understanding of how companies approach innovation, the marketplace, competition, and brand development
