As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Perfumery & Beauty who not only has a deep passion for brands but can also transform this passion into compelling marketing stories that captivate and engage.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Drive creative, cross-category initiatives to deliver innovative experiences and solutions to leverage for clients across all category segmentations
• Implement marketing strategies and presentations that align with the company’s creative vision and business objectives
• Conduct gap analyses to effectively identify and communicate opportunities for Business Development for given brands, clients or categories
• Analyze retail sales data, cross-category trends and consumer insights to uncover new opportunity areas with high impact fragrance propositions
• Develop and deliver high impact, inspiring and influential client presentations and pitches to senior level clients
• Work closely with Sales and Evaluation to support customer projects and establish appropriate olfactory direction to win briefs

This position is eligible for the dsm-firmenich Hybrid Working model, spending 3 days per week in the Piscataway, NJ office and the balance of the work week in a home office. Please note that travel for this position is up to 20%.

You Bring:

• At least 8 years of marketing experience, with strong fragrance knowledge of the personal care and fine fragrance categories
• Proven expertise in brand development and category management specifically in the personal care fragrance sectors
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of executing projects from inception to fruition
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying intricate product details and brand ethos
• A self-starter who is resourceful, inquisitive, and open to explore new methodologies and solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, complemented by a robust understanding of cross-category branding preferred

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $128,700-$140,250.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
