Join our team as a Senior Manager Sales & Operations Planning EMEA (Health, Nutrition & Care), where you'll lead strategic planning and drive operational excellence and supply reliability across the region. Your key responsibilities
- Manage the regional sales & operations planning (S&OP) process, resulting in agreed sales, supply and inventory plans and respecting agreed customer service levels
- Manage and optimize regional demand planning in close collaboration with sales teams, aiming for high levels of forecast accuracy to give best possible signal towards global supply chain and manufacturing organization
- Manage and optimize regional supply planning team with focus on order handling and inventory management in regional distribution center balancing financial KPIs (e.g. Operating Working Capital) and high level of supply reliability
- Ensure definition and implementation of performance indicators and periodical reporting of actual performance against these indicators, in order to facilitate (timely) decision making
- Develop, implement and manage a cost effective and efficient S&OP organization, standard working processes and systems, in order to enable optimal business performance and meet legal requirements
- Drive improvement and harmonization of S&OP related activities across regional forums; support and drive implementation of global improvement programs related to S&OP

- Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 100,000 to € 120,000 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more
You bring
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar discipline
- Relevant working experience in supply chain management, S&OP, demand planning
- Experience in leading a cross-functional and international team
- Fluency in English, any other language is a plus
- Excellent influential and communication skills for driving internal stakeholders' alignment
- Ability to critically and structurally analyze problems and identify and shape effective solutions
