Senior Manager Inventory, Taste
Ready to shape global inventory excellence? As Senior Manager Inventory, Taste, you’ll lead strategies, projects and analytics that optimize performance across regions. Drive structural improvements, harmonize reporting, and collaborate with diverse teams to keep our supply chain agile and competitive. Your expertise will influence key decisions, accelerate efficiency, and strengthen Taste, Texture & Health’s success.
Your key responsibilities
- Align inventory targets and reporting with Taste, Texture & Health Controlling and Taste Ops senior leadership team to ensure regional consistency
- Lead FIT initiatives to achieve structural inventory reduction goals and drive continuous improvement projects
- Coordinate global inventory efforts, including obsolete stock reduction, internal group distribution, and strategic raw material alignment
- Facilitate monthly inventory reviews, challenge gaps between targets and actuals, and implement best practices across regions.
- Act as the link between controlling and analytics, harmonizing metrics and reporting for regional and global teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and inventory owners to meet allocation and optimization objectives

You bring
- 10+ years of supply chain management experience
- Strong data management skills and interpretation are must; creation and visualization are nice to have
- Solid understanding of MRP methodology, supply chain planning, and inventory calculation methods
- Experience planning in fast-paced environments with large product portfolios
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration and leadership skills in multinational, cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Excel and SAP; KXS & APICS certifications are a plus
