Senior Manager Insights and Analytics

Title: Senior Manager Insights and Analytics
Location: Hyderabad


The role is responsible for leading i-Health’s data-driven digital transformation by implementing its digital roadmap and advancing data science and analytics maturity. This includes delivering technical data solutions aligned with business strategy, driving agile analytics development, and providing actionable insights. The position also involves leading and inspiring a team, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring alignment with leadership on digital initiatives. The goal is to create significant business value through advanced analytics capabilities, supporting i-Health’s growth in health and wellness.


Key responsibilities:

  • Leads i-Health’s data-driven digital transformation by overseeing data science projects and ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.

  • Drives technical implementation and product development of scalable analytics solutions using agile methodologies.

  • Translates complex digital and analytics outcomes into actionable insights through effective storytelling and data interpretation.

  • Mentors and empowers a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.

  • Collaborates cross-functionally with leadership teams to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and align on digital initiatives.

  • Accelerates the adoption of analytics across i-Health, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive sustained business impact and unlock new value streams.

You Bring:

  • 10 years of experience in IT, with strong expertise in system integration and API management
  • Proficient in XML, with a solid understanding of data formats and exchange protocols
  • Experience with Azure cloud services (good to have/working knowledge)
  • Team leadership experience, managing a team of 5–6 internal reportees
  • Oversight and coordination with 6 internal stakeholders and 30+ external stakeholders/partners
  • Skilled in delivering scalable integration solutions across diverse systems and platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication across cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to drive digital transformation and support enterprise technology initiatives
