Senior Manager Global Quality Ingredients

Job title - Senior Manager Global Quality Ingredients (78717)

Location – Geneva, Switzerland

 

Perfume and Beauty growth office department is recognized as perfumes, ingredients and innovation experts. Part of this unit, the global experts team search for a new member with competency to:

  • Execute and own multiple quality expertise areas at a global level for the ingredient business, with a focus on perfumery ingredients.
  • Provide expert support to quality teams and manage projects related to ingredient quality, process transfer, and innovation.
  • Act as a global advisor for non-conformances, savings and ingredient strategy.
  • Serve as a reference for ingredient specifications and facilitate knowledge sharing within plants and with external partners.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perfumery Ingredients Expertise : Provide expert guidance on perfumery ingredient specifications, analytical techniques, and manufacturing tolerances, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance.
  • Quality & Industrial Support : Support process transfers, outsourcing activities, and the introduction of new raw materials, in close collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, including analytical method alignment and manufacturing process optimization.
  • Autonomy & Decision Making: Take high level decisions related to ingredient processes, drive technical initiatives, and act as the key point of contact for analytical and technical topics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, affiliates, and cross functional teams, in an international environment.

  • Intense knowledge in organic chemistry.
  • Strong experience in analytical techniques, ideally in laboratory and plant environments.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and influence peers.
  • Customer focus and strong learning abilities.
