Location: Barcelona, Spain
The Senior Manager of Change Management & Communications for Global Enterprise Services (GES) leads the strategy, governance, and execution of change management and communications. This role accelerates GES’s transformation journey by designing change strategies, enabling adoption, shaping culture, and driving employee engagement across global teams.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guide teams through integration, separation and transformation initiatives, and ensure that all change and communications programs elevate operational performance and alignment with business goals.
Your key responsibilities
• Lead Global Enterprise Services change strategies for transformation, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives and represent GES for enterprise‑wide programs.
• Lead and empower a global network of change ambassadors to drive GES strategically aligned transformation priorities and ensure regional insights are consistently surfaced to the Leadership Team.
• Develop and implement the Group Enterprise Services communications strategy, ensuring clear, engaging, consistent messaging and communication style/internal brand across all internal audiences.
• Partner with senior leaders to define change roadmaps, manage stakeholder alignment, and ensure readiness and adoption.
• Oversee communication channels, storytelling, and message design for major programs and leadership visibility, develop KPIs to track channel performance and engagement.
• Build and mentor a strong Change & Comms resource and elevate change capability across the organization.

You bring
• +12 years experience comms & change related fields. From which +8 leading end-to-end change management and comms initiatives, with a strong track record of driving successful organizational transformations in a highly international environment.
• Deep understanding of strategic change management, particularly during transformation, mergers and restructuring, with the ability to align change efforts with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, business expansion, and operational efficiency within shared services or similar functions.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop high-performing teams to deliver impactful change management solutions.
• A relevant degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG) or project management (e.g., PMP) would be highly desirable
