Join dsm-firmenich as a Senior Manager in Flavor Creation Management and play a pivotal role at the crossroads of creation, procurement, supply chain, and planning. This position drives operational excellence and strategic initiatives to optimize our flavor palette, ensuring compliance, sustainability, and creative innovation across global markets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a visible leader, bridging the long-term vision with operational execution and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders; acting as the final authority on palette modification.
- Chair the Raw Material Board and the Palette Committee, addressing critical issues and driving strategic decisions. Align stakeholders across regions, innovation, and reformulation.
- Lead and develop the team, driving the deployment of mass reformulations and raw material lifecycle changes. Foster growth and accountability.
- Ensure effective lifecycle management of the palette through delegation and strategic guidance. Set standards for data accuracy and integrity.
- Contribute as a member of the portfolio optimization program.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, optimize palette management, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

You Bring:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and business orientation; capable of synthesizing complex situations and making sound decisions.
- Knowledge of F&F ingredients and regulatory constraints.
- Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and analytics tools; ability to navigate complex systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, including fluency in English and cross-cultural competence
- Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of experience in the Flavor, Fragrance, Pharma, or Cosmetic industry.
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $128,700-$150,000.
In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
