Your key responsibilities

  • Perform business analysis
  • Influencing stakeholders with fact based data
  • Create business cases to support important decision making
  • Organize and coordinate all operational accounting functions
  • Ensure that monthly/annual closing is executed in accordance with the deadlines and quality required by the group
  • Ensure the accuracy of information by testing and controlling SAP data as well as financial information.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the treasury and financing, the relationship with third parties: bankers, auditors, etc.
  • Collaborate with the group management control: planning, budgeting, reporting.
  • Contribute to the improvement or implementation of accounting management information systems.
  • Supervise a team of 2 people, ensure an optimized organization and distribution of tasks as well as systematic implementation of back up.
  • Participate in the implementation of new standards and regulations (SOX, LSF, IAS/ IFRS...)
  • Perform and/or supervise internal controls (ICS) according to group rules.

You bring

  • Proven track record and strong background in Finance business partnering & analysis, combined with strategic insights
  • Good understanding of numbers. Ability to operate in a complex system/data environment.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability, ability to work independently
  • Facility to connect with stakeholders at all levels across the organization and globe
  • Communication skills for impact in your presentation with stakeholders
  • Strong modelling skills, strong proficiency in Excel and systems in general
