As Senior Manager D&T Manufacturing and Plant Maintenance, you will lead a team of digital experts dedicated to transforming and optimizing manufacturing and plant maintenance operations through innovative technology. Your primary focus will be on SAP-based solutions (e.g., SAP PP, PM), while your scope will also include other relevant technologies and platforms that enable operational excellence, predictive maintenance, automation, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role as part of the management team within the Manufacturing cluster, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead and Develop a chapter of digital professionals specializing in manufacturing and plant maintenance technologies, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Own the Digital Strategy for manufacturing and plant maintenance, ensuring alignment with supply chain and operations goals, and driving adoption of scalable, future-ready solutions
- Act as a Thought Leader in SAP manufacturing and maintenance (PP, PM, S/4HANA), while exploring and integrating complementary technologies such as IoT, robotics, predictive analytics, and AI-driven maintenance tools
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally with business stakeholders, IT, and operations teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver impactful digital solutions
- Ensure Technical Excellence across projects, promoting best practices in architecture, integration, and lifecycle management of manufacturing and maintenance systems
- Mentor and Coach chapter members, supporting their growth and ensuring the team remains at the forefront of digital capabilities
- Drive Innovation by staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving business needs in manufacturing and plant maintenance

You bring
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
- +/- 10 years of experience in domain
- Strong people management skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to communicate in a clear and effective way to senior stakeholders and all levels in the organization, as well as with external stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of (digital) manufacturing solutions and concepts
- Proven experience in this domain, being the link between business strategy and digital
